- Refunds are not applicable once a player's name has been successfully enlisted in the list of registered players.
- All refund or cancellation decisions are solely at the discretion of the tournament organiser.
- AuctionArena acts only as a facilitator and will not be held responsible for any refund-related decisions made by the organiser.
